Hard of Hearing

We have a hearing loop at reception.  Please inform the receptionists is you have a hearing impairment so that they can update your medical records.

There is now a new service available called Signlive.  Please see below video and poster for further information.

You can also email us if this is easier on cwsccg.harbourviewhealthcare@nhs.net.  We also use a texting service to remind you of your appointment and you can also use our online service to book appointments, order prescriptions and view your test results.


INTERPRETER SERVICE

Impaired Vision

Do you have impaired vision or sight loss?

Please ask us for larger prints of our self care leaflets or practice booklet or we can arrange Braille if this is your preference.  Please just let us know which format you would like us to use to communicate best with you.
